Be the first to join an exceptional, exciting, overflowing with joy and completely innovative project.
Introducing the Lovenie flying kart concept.
By this letter, we propose to you to collaborate in the economic development of Lovenie flying karts. Rarely have you been presented with such an innovative project! Whether you are a manufacturer of a go-kart, accessories, equipment, a franchisor or a circuit manager, the flying kart is a growth relay that you have necessarily thought of. In 2024, it is an offer that will be available for you.
As you may know, Lovenie is a French company that develops flying karts for leisure and sports use. Technically, the design is close to drones: the kart is equipped with 8 electric motors, GPS and safety cells. The total weight of the kart, without the pilot, is about 75kg for an autonomy of about 15 minutes. Batteries are interchangeable within minutes. The pleasure of using Lovenie karts lies in the driving. The karting is restricted for a height of 2 meters above the ground, a speed of about 40km per hour and many cells prohibit any excess. Above all, we want our customers to have fun!
Main point: regulations.
Flying, even at very low altitude, imposes an “aircraft” classification. If the aircraft can be operated without much complication in several countries, in particular in the United States of America, where part 103 of the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) authorizes the operation of this type of aircraft, it is not is not the same for Europe.
The EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency), imposes heavy constraints for our flying karts. Of course, the regulation of VTOL and eVTOL (ADAV in French: Aéronef à Décollage et Atterrissage Vertical, the “e” for electric) is advancing quickly, but it will always require complex regulatory constraints for the use of our kartings. The most important being, the obligation for practitioners to hold a ULM pilot’s license.
Therefore, it is necessary to avoid EASA regulations!
Closed and covered!
When I imagined this concept, the main idea was to create specific leisure centers for flying karts. Our research on regulations confirms to us that this direction is the right one. Especially since many existing places have expressed their interest in the search for growth relays: automobile circuits, outdoor karting tracks and racetracks.
Even though, in Europe, to get out of the competence of the EASA, we have to enclose our places of leisure using walls and roofs, nothing obliges us to build specific buildings, protection by net being sufficient! Our flying kart practice areas will be outdoors, but they will be closed and covered with a safety net. Here an example with the SkyDrive tests in Japan. Here is an example with the SkyDrive tests in Japan. We estimate the cost at 50k€ for 100 linear meters of closed and covered tracks.
All lights are green.
Prototype OK
Location Ok
Regulation OK
CE marking OK
The adventure of the Lovenie flying karts can therefore serenely begin.
Forecast planning.
Summer 2023: private and then public trials will begin.
In 2024: deliveries of the first karts to our customers.
In 2025: the first flying kart race will take place.
Commercialization
This will begin in autumn 2023 for delivery in 2024.
Three types of offers will be available:
Unit sales, for individuals / companies. A customer buys a flying kart for his personal use.
– Bulk sales, intended for reception facilities (leisure centers, circuits and tracks). A leisure center buys several flying karts for indoor use.
– The sale of concept, intended for the creators of a leisure center. An investor entrusts us with the creation, organization and opening of his leisure center.
For countries with no regulatory constraints, marketing may begin for all offers. For Europe, marketing will begin only for equipped reception facilities and concept sales.
Development of collaborations and partnerships
Our research is financial (monetization) and focuses on the following points:
Investments: Opening of the capital of the Lovenie company.
Pre-order of karting: Payment of a deposit of 25% on the sale price excluding VAT.
Pre-ordering of the concept: Payment of a fixed deposit of 20k€.
Partnerships: Purchasing advertising space in exchange for communication.
Sponsoring: Purchase of advertising space for the 2025 competition.
Let’s work together to develop a new business. I have no doubt about our customers’ demand for an affordable moment of pleasure.
